The DUCK DU GERS range is the best of our Gers products.
Available fresh, canned and frozen.
The products in this range come from IGP Gers certified duck farms.
The foie gras duck is raised exclusively in the Gers, with access to an outdoor run for more than 80 days.
During the force-feeding period, the foie gras duck's diet is made up of at least 95% corn from the South-West. Very strict specifications and total traceability make this an exceptional product.
